Hello, I have been told i was hacked by Netgear, and they wanted me to pay $80 to get it fixed after paying $300 for this router 4 months ago. So here is my problem. When i woke up everything was fine. Then I couldn't get wifi connection after about 1hr later. So after i tried powering off modem / router(netgear Nighthawk M/N R8000) and got all lights back on, still nothing. Tried this about 3 times in 3 different ways including removing power to both and RJ5 jacks ( big phone cord looking thing) and still nothing. Please help. Thanks!
