Hello guys

I designed some graphics and inserted some shapes, pictures into an word office to be printed on A4 size paper, but, whenever I do the printing process, the printer does not accept the margin till 0,
so the whole text became demolished,
I tried other way to convert the Word file to PDF format, again some shapes went out of where I arranged them to be,

I need to print the document as I set it, is there any other solution of how to get the current settings locked and print the document as it was designed?
