Now, all of sudden, I'm seeing different phones showing up in my network that I've never seen before, so it makes me wonder about this "Ubee" device. Do I need it, or did he put Spyware on my laptop?

I have another laptop that works just fine, without this "Ubee" device, is it safe to remove it??? I feel like anything I do, I'm being watched. Scary!
