I’ve been playing the drums sometime now but I want to make sure I’m doing things right in terms of posture. Normally I sit on most of the seat, with a bit of the seat on the very

back exposed. I have a Dixon throne with a backrest, should I scooch my butt all the way until the back of the backrest? Or should I leave a bit of space between my lower back

and the backrest?

Please help.
