Hi,

I bought a brand new desktop from Walmart this August and it's now not working (won't power on at all). I tried to find the online tech support but was told the warranty has expired on Aug 26, 2017. I bought the desktop on Aug 29, 2017. How could this ever happen? Also I've tried to update the warranty information from your website (filling a warranty extension form and a Rep living in the Philippines replied that I must pay for the warranty renewal).

and I have the original purchase receipt from Walmart showing the date. Please contact me asap or just update the warranty information in your system.

Worst experience ever and this is how Dell treat your customer.

Please help.
