Hi All New to the site, so not sure if in right place. Just need a bit of help regarding my notice period. I have been with my current company for 9 months but relocating at the end of the month, with a job in place. In my contract they stated that 'after successful completion of the probationary period (3 months), 1 month notice will be required to terminate employment' However it does go on to say ' at the end of the successful completed period, you will be informed in writing' I have never technically 'passed' my probation as i have had no meetings or anything in writing. So my question is, would I still have to give a months notice or 1 week? Any help would be most appreciated Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
